I also believe due to the fact that she's been given the moniker of the woman twice dead that she won't getting killed off in every episode of 7B. She's also attracting all kinds of odd attention too and not just from Eleven, so that should be interesting to watch.

Except for the part time lord one. It's too much like River Song and River is one of a kind. My favorites are 1 a memory because it seems so Moffat "A memory that cant be erased" also it would explain why she tells him to remember every time she sees him and 2 a TRADIS which would explain why she said the TARDIS was smaller on the outside because she would have only seen it from the inside.
I think she's going to be something we've never seen before, but I don't know what! I just think she's a consciousness, the thing about the intelligence in the snowmen episode might have been foreshadowing? So going with that, I don't think she's anything solid, just a consciousness who created Oswin's body and while the body can die, the consciousness can't.
