Five finger shoes where to buy

I've bought these twice. They were an essential step for me to transition from heel striking to a mid-foot landing in my running gait. It took about five years to correct that. I use these for pilates reformer classes because I need a little more cushion for my feet the individual toes give my foot a nice stretch and that was a nice surprise.

I took the time to write this review to be helpful to others who might be curious about these shoes. I initially took a gamble on trying these and they worked out wonderfully other than what I think they were intended for.
